We present you the cookbook and photography ANIMA MEDITERRANIA. A work in which we offer our concerns about Mediterranean cuisine.
Bernd H. Knöller, German chef, from Black Forest, established for over twenty years in Valencia, manager of Riff Restaurant (1 Michelin star), has designed all the dishes in this book. Xavier Mollà, photographer, Ontinyent (Albaida Valley), has photographed the 64 recipes in the book and also included some of the photographs of his work in the Mediterranean area and has designed the book and layout. This publication, with a great print quality, has 372 pages which includes 64 recipes and 604 photographs relating to the dishes ‘photos, still life of ingredients, as well as some pictures of the making-off of how the recipes were done and those trips that the co-authors of the book have made together. Xavier Mollà has included some photos of his personal work related to the peoples of the Mediterranean.
